Client Journal

The Journal section is where all the annotations are documented about a Client.  Once a journal has been saved, the actual journal content cannot be changed again.

At the top of this screen Date From and Date To show the date range that existing journals must be in to be listed.  To change these dates, you can either enter the dates in the format day/month/year, or you can use the calendar selection option by clicking the down arrow.

To create a new journal, select Add New Journal.

The Edit option allows you to change which flags have been set for this journal and for which portfolios.  The journal subject and notes cannot be changed.  This option invokes the same screen that you used to create a new journal.

The View Details option shows the journal entry notes.
