Edit Document Section

This screen is shown when you select the Edit option, next to the individual sections.



It is here that the text is entered that will be shown in the document that you are creating a template for.

The template name and type and the section name are all displayed at the top of the screen.

This is where you enter and modify the information that will be shown in the document that you are creating a template for.

The actual text for this section of the document that you are creating a template for is entered in this area.  The formatting options include options such as:
The paragraph type.
The font type, size, colour and effects.
Text alignment and spacing.
Paragraph bullets and identification.
Delete, undo, repeat, cut, copy, paste.
Inserting the date, time, a table, the word count, or an image.

Add Component is a drop down menu that offers a selection of field codes that can be inserted into the document.  When the document is generated for a client these field codes are replaced with the actual information.

Once you have typed in the text for this section of the template, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to continue to the next screen.  To exit this screen, without saving the information, click the Cancel button at the bottom of the screen.
