OMNIMax allows you to build a list of customised document inserts. Document Inserts are regularly used text. Having the text as a document insert saves you from having to type this text each time into a plan or client recommendations. Document Inserts can be found under the templates menu. You are able to Add a new Insert by clicking on "Add Insert" You can also filter inserts by where they are allowed to be used by using the filter. For example, by setting the filter to plan all inserts available for use within a Plan document are displayed. You can edit an existing insert by clicking on either the insert's name or on the edit button. |
