Regular Savings Template Wizard

This screen is shown when you select Add New Regular Savings Template.

Step 1 - Enter Investment Template Details


The fields on this screen are discussed below:

Regular Savings Template Name - a name used to identify this template with. 

Click "Save & Next >" to proceed to the next step OR "< Back" to return to the previous step.

Step 2 - Modify Investment Selection

It is here that you enter the actual information that will be used for regular savings plans and for the comparisons in reviews.



In the section all the fund sectors are displayed, so that the investment information for each sector can be specified.

For each fund sector, there is the option to Edit Percentagesand to Add New Fund.  These options are used to build up the template information.

Each fund sector is divided by the recommend investments for that sector.

To view or edit the information entered for each fund, select Edit, or to remove a fund, select Delete.

Edit Percentages & Priority

This screen is shown when you select Edit Percentages.



You can decide what percentage of the allocated money will go to each fund. You can also decide on the priority in which these investment will be used by using the up and down arrows as indicated in the picture below.



 
Adding a New Fund



This screen is shown when you select Add New Fund.

Fund Manager is the name of the fund manger for this investment.  This is a choice field.  Click the down arrow or in the box to see the list of fund managers.

Fund is the name of the particular fund that you are adding to the template.  This is a choice field.  Click the down arrow or in the box to see the list of fund managers.  The funds shown depend on the fund manager that was selected in the previous field.

Minimum Amount is the minimum amount allowed for this fund.

When you have finished entering this information click on either "Update" to add this fund to the list, or "Cancel" to remove this entry.

Click "Save & Next >" to proceed to the next step OR "< Back" to return to the previous step.

Step 3 - Share Investment Template


The final step is to select which advisor are able to access and use the regular savings template.
