This screen is shown when the Categories tab is selected.

It is here that you specify the categories of the scoring for the risk profiles.

 

The categories that are on your system are listed on the left hand side of the screen.  The number of categories and the names of the categories are set up at the time of installing OMNIMax.

There are two columns shown on the right hand side of the screen:

Range Minimum is automatically entered.  The first value is always zero and the remaining values are determined by the previous maximum range.  This creates the value range for each category.

Range Maximum is the value that you enter.  The questionnaire score is compared to these value ranges to determine the final result and what the client’s risk profile is.

Once you have entered this information, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to continue.  To exit this screen, without saving the information, click the Cancel button at the bottom of the screen.
